I like the design, I would recommend changing the Home link to just going to the root rather than to /index.php. This would make it more consistent with the rest of your pages. Also, if you are feeling even more ambitious, you could write up some script that would indicate what page you were on in your navigation bar. Another thing you might consider is putting up a preview for the banner link. It just appears as a white spot to me above the code for it.
